Academic Background

Master of Science in Data Analytics

Savitribai Phule Pune University, India

June 2016 - May 2020

Why Master's?
I pursued my Master in Data Analytics at San Jose State University because I’ve always been passionate about uncovering insights from data and using them to solve real-world problems.

Things I Learned
Throughout the program, I gained hands-on experience with machine learning, statistical analysis, and data visualization, working on projects that reinforced my skills in SQL, Python, and predictive modeling.

More than just technical knowledge, my master’s helped me develop a problem-solving mindset and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

What’s Next?

I want to use these skills to help businesses turn complex data into actionable strategies, driving meaningful impact in any industry I work in.

Bachelor of Engineering, Information Technology

San Jose State University, San Jose, CA

August 2022 - May 2024

Why Bachelor?

I chose to pursue my Bachelor in Information Technology at Pune University because I was always that kid who wanted to know how things worked—whether it was breaking down a computer or figuring out why some websites seemed faster than others. I loved the idea of using technology to solve problems, and this degree gave me the perfect playground to explore coding, data, and everything in between.

Things I Learned

My Bachelor taught me more than just programming—it taught me patience (shoutout to debugging). I learned how to break down complex problems, think logically, and write efficient code—after many, many trial-and-error moments. Working on projects showed me the power of structured data, clean code, and, most importantly, teamwork (or how to survive when your teammates ghost you). But what really stuck with me was how data drives everything—whether it’s predicting trends, optimizing systems, or making smarter decisions. That fascination pushed me toward data analytics, where I get to turn raw numbers into real insights.

Junior and Senior Year

R. B. Narayanrao Borawake College, India

June 2014 - April 2016

Why?

I chose Science and Tech because, honestly, everyone around me was doing it, and I didn’t want to be the odd one out. Plus, science was the cool thing—robots, space, computers—how could I resist?

Things I Learned

I dove deep into all things science and tech, from chemistry experiments to coding. It was like discovering a whole new world of possibilities, and I learned how everything around us—our gadgets, the internet, even space—has a tech twist. Oh, and I made a few new friends along the way—some of whom are still with me on this tech journey! Definitely wasn’t a bad choice!

School Education

De Paul English Medium High School

June 2005 - March 2014

Why?

My parents decided on this school, I guess, just because it was the closest one to my house. No long commutes—just roll out of bed, and boom, I’m there.

Things I Learned

I learned how to navigate school life—like surviving the dreaded pop quiz, figuring out which friends were great for homework help, and mastering the art of procrastination. Oh, and I picked up a thing or two about math and science along the way!
